Toyota MR2 TO Ferrari 348 – Undetermined Price Investment
This is another replicated Ferrari 348, however, its base is a Toyota MR2. It wasn’t constructed by an amateur but by WEKTOR Automobile und Design, a company in Germany specializing in constructing replicas. They did a good job on the outside, except that the intakes at the sides weren’t the ones Ferrari designed for the whole door but were small. Though the vehicle looked great, having the body of a Targ, anyone could take a look at the interior and see that it was not the brand it was posing to be on the outside – with no Ferrari logo, no gated shifter or other luxury features. In 2019, there’s a Ferrari 488, and it goes for about $250K – in case you’re shopping.
