Oprah Winfrey may be the most successful talk show host ever, with an estimated fortune of over $3 Billion. Oprah has a good investing plan: she has many real estate investments, and her largest one is the $50-million mansion with over forty acres of stunning scenery. According to Forbes, the property is worth $165 million (as if $50 million isn’t expensive enough!). Winfrey is an established producer these days and according to her IMDb page, she is producing a total of five new projects. She is also set to star in a new Terms of Endearment movie.
