Not everyone can make as much impact in multiple spheres of interest as Ellen DeGeneres has. As it turns out, Ellen and her spouse Portia de Rossi are living it up as a result of all that hard work. The talk show host may be selling their Santa Barbara area mansion (listed at $45 million) because they don’t quite have the time to enjoy it thoroughly – but even their brief ownership of the estate is worth discussing. And if you consider the property in the light of its furnishings and additional fittings; like a sunken tennis court, pool and pavilion – you’ll agree that the villa is probably worth splurging on.
