The rock star, Jon Bon Jovi, bought this stunning 7,452 square feet duplex in 2007 for $24 million. He has since spent a few more millions, and now the value has skyrocketed to an estimated $42 million. In fact, someone actually offered that much to buy it. It is a penthouse located on top of the New Museum’s 158 Mercer Street building, and it is complete with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
