Sport muss Spaß machen, sonst ist er nicht dauerhaft umsetzbar. Das wusste auch Lexi, die dafür sorgte, dass ihr das Training Spaß machte und die Trainingseinheiten nicht zur Qual wurden. Jeden Tag zwanghaft ins Fitnessstudio gehen, das ist nichts für sie. Für Lexi war ein Spaziergang mit Freunden, oder kurz auf den Stepper zu steigen, genauso wichtig.
Was für sie zählt, ist, dass man sich überhaupt bewegt, egal ob es ein kurzes, intensives Training oder ein Ausdauertraining ist. Die Bewegung in den Alltag zu integrieren und einen Sport zu finden, der einem Spaß macht, ist, neben der gesunden Ernährung, für Lexi der Schlüssel zu einem fitten und gesunden Leben.
