Obwohl Lexi sehr diszipliniert ist, hat auch sie Schwierigkeiten, sich täglich zu motivieren. Wer kennt das nicht? Aber sie weiß, dass es am wichtigsten ist, durchzuhalten und schlechten Gewohnheiten immer wieder zu trotzen. Um das zu schaffen, hat Lexi ihr Leben komplett verändert. Ein Beispiel dafür: Sie ist überhaupt kein Morgenmensch, aber trotzdem steht sie jeden Tag um sechs Uhr auf, um vor ihrer Arbeit noch Sport zu treiben.
Und das ist ein guter Weg, denn durch neue Routinen erzielt man nachhaltige Veränderungen. Allerdings geht das nicht von heute auf morgen. Dennoch: Für Lexi ist es heute die Normalität, vor ihrer zehnstündigen Schicht Sport zu treiben.
