George Hamilton literally flipped this house. After only having it for a year, Hamilton, who has been in the entertainment industry for most of his life, decided to sell this West Palm Beach apartment for $1.2M. With over 1,000 square feet, it was a small two-bedroom home but Hamilton turned it into a deluxe house with some smart renovations. Hamilton recently made a special appearance on the Netflix show Grace and Frankie, in 2019. He is recently remembered also for his KFC commercials as a very tanned Colonel Sanders.
