At each given moment, at least three family members had issues with their weight, including our beloved Khloe that took it to the extreme and shed all the weight she gained in 2015. With the help of a nutritionist – she had a tailored diet made for her – helping any extra pound vanish! The key factors of her successful diet were a dairy free menu and interval, high heart-rate workout sessions performed a few times a week.
