Joey Fatone – 40 pounds – Diet & Exercise
Joey Fatone was, once upon a time, a member of the ever-popular boy band NSYNC alongside Justin Timberlake. After leaving the band though, he gained some weight and it was beginning to show. His answer? Adopt a healthy diet based on the nutritional advice of a specific diet plan company. Add to that a stint on Dancing with the Stars and you have a combination of healthy eating and exercise, something that allowed Joey to lose 40 pounds. He is yet another celebrity who worked with the popular Nutrisystem company to get his weight in check. He learned to enjoy having smaller portions of the foods he loves.
