Caitlin van Zandt is known for her role on The Sopranos and at one stage she had gained a lot of weight. She had always attempted to reach her ideal figure through diet plans and eating the recommended optimum nutrition but nothing seemed to work for her. That was until she underwent a lap-band surgery. This allowed her to shed a staggering 90 pounds and gave her a huge boost in confidence. We hope she had included a healthy diet as part of her new look to make sure it wasn’t all for nothing!
