Singer and actress Marie Osmond was never exactly huge, but by society’s standards, she felt a bit of weight loss was in order. Well, the star decided gastric sleeve surgery wasn’t an option and instead opted for regular exercise and a diet plan. Her dedication not only led to her losing 50 pounds but she managed to keep all of the weight off indefinitely. In fact, the very same company that helped give her nutrition advice is the same company she works for as a spokesman. Osmond proves that organic weight loss is definitely possible with some hard work.
