Honey Boo Boo – 7 Lbs – No Grease Diet
The famous reality TV star Alana or ‘ Honey Boo Boo’ admired her mother’s drastic and amazing weight loss journey and she has taken up the challenge to lose weight herself. Until now, she has lost 7 Lbs and you can clearly see the change in her in all the photos. Her mother, better known as Mama June, explained that the 12-year-old diva is on a no-grease meal plan which essentially translates to no fried foods. Mama June says that she wants her daughters to know that keeping fit isn’t about how your body looks but rather staying healthy.
