Martial Arts guru, Kimbo Slice, landed a great MMA career that made him so famous that he was even invited to star in the movies. He made a name for himself for participating in mutual combat streetfights. These became viral on the Internet. Despite a healthy body, his heart was weak and stopped beating forever when he was only 42. Also, a mass was found on his liver around the same time.
