Christian Bale is as dedicated to his career as he is good at it, having put his body through some dramatic changes for his versatile roles. Bale bulked up his six-foot frame to about 190 pounds of muscle in 2002 for Reign of Fire only to drop 70 pounds for his role in the 2004 The Machinist.
