Die erste Ehe von Christoph Waltz solle insgesamt stolze 17 Jahre lang andauern und 3 Kinder hervorbringen. Die Ehe ging allerdings in die Brüche und bei einer seiner Filme lernte er Judith Holste kennen, die als Kostümbildnerin arbeitet. Schon 7 Jahre sind sie verheiratet und haben eine Tochter mit der sie zusammen in Wien oder auch in Los Angeles wohnen.
