Lynda Carter was the original Wonder Woman, storming Hollywood with her strong persona and establishing a role model for young women everywhere. Her stunning looks also caught the attention of producers and viewers of the show. Lynda also set a fashion trend in the 80’s with her thick locks of brunette hair. Carter won Miss World United States 1972, and she finished as a semi-finalist in the Miss World 1972 pageant. She has maintained her looks despite being in her late 60’s and still remains best-known for her performance as Wonder Woman.
