Er folgte einem strengen Mahlzeitenplan, und das Training stand jeden Tag für 90 Minuten auf seiner Agenda. Sein Fitnesstrainer durchlief alles, was der Film verlangte, und er entwickelte eine einzigartige Routine für Reynolds, bei der sie nie die gleichen Trainingseinheiten mehr als zweimal wiederholten. Er schaffte es, 5 Pfund Fett zu verlieren und in nur drei Monaten eindrucksvolle 10 Pfund Muskelmasse zu verpacken. Die Routine, auf der er war, muss ziemlich einzigartig gewesen sein, da wir uns noch an die perfekten Bauchmuskeln auf seinem Bauch erinnern.
