Die komödiantische britische Schauspielerin Dawn French ist vor allem für ihre Rolle in The Vicar of Dibley bekannt und war einst eine ziemlich kurvenreiche Frau. Nach einer Krebserkrankung entschied sie, dass eine Gewichtsabnahme und die Gestaltung ihrer Gesundheit notwendig waren. Die Schauspielerin weigerte sich, eine plastische Operation in Betracht zu ziehen und behauptete stattdessen, dass sie einfach anfing, ihre Kalorien zu zählen und lange Spaziergänge zu machen.
