Burt Ward foi um dos parceiros mais famosos de todos os tempos, Robin. Ele é parceiro de Batman no crime e fiel companheiro. Burt ficou em êxtase ao ser escalado como o famoso personagem, e conseguiu interpretá-lo duas vezes – uma vez na série de TV na década de 1960 e novamente em Batman, O Filme. Depois do Batman, Foi muito difícil para Burt ser escalado em qualquer outra coisa. Não foi a carreira que ele planejou alcançar. Em 2016, ele decidiu voltar mais uma vez como Robin, mas desta vez apenas sua voz era necessária para os filmes de animação. Ele fez o mesmo em 2017 para a segunda parte do filme. Embora não fosse bem a carreira que ele tinha em mente, ele conseguiu acumular uma incrível fortuna de US$ 20 milhões ao longo dos anos. Ele doou muito de sua riqueza para caridade, e até fundou sua própria fundação, conhecida como a organização Gentle Giants Rescue and Adoptions.
