Chelsea Settles, Star der gleichnamigen MTV-Reality-Show, ist kein Fremder für Fettleibigkeit, obwohl ihre Entscheidung, Gewicht zu verlieren, nicht mit einer Bauchstraffung oder einer plastischen Operation verbunden war. Am schwersten war sie etwa 325 Pfund, aber durch ihren schieren Willen und ihre harte Arbeit in Form einer strengen, gesunden Ernährung und Bewegung schaffte sie es, einen Großteil des Gewichts zu verlieren. Um ihre Ernährungssucht zu bekämpfen, kam sie zu dem Schluss, dass sie essen sollte, wenn sie Hunger hatte, und nicht nur, weil sie gelangweilt war oder Traurigkeit hatte. Nichts ist besser als Prominente, die nicht unter die Haut gehen und beweisen, dass sie die optimale Ernährung essen, können sich auszahlen.
