Eine wirklich inspirierende Geschichte ist die von Corey Harrison. Der Reality-TV-Star hatte seine Gesundheit eine Weile vernachlässigt, was dazu führte, dass er viel unerwünschtes Gewicht und Aufmerksamkeit gewann. Von dort aus begann er, an seiner Fitness zu arbeiten und sich dabei strikt an einer gesunden Ernährung zu orientieren. Sein Plan zur Gewichtsabnahme war sehr effektiv und half ihm, über 150 Pfund zu verlieren.
