Yolanthe Sneijder-Cabau — Wesley Sneijder
Actress and model of Spanish-Dutch origin, Yolanthe Sneijder-Cabau started dating Wesley Sneijder in 2009. The couple got married in a romantic wedding ceremony in Tuscany about one year later in 2010. Yolanthe is also an activist who co-founded a program that aims to put an end to child abuse and to help children who have been victims to endure the trauma. Wesley and Yolanthe live in affluence, thanks to their prosperous careers.
